Frequently asked questions
Do you sell flooring materials?
No. Rhino Grass Flooring is an installation service. You purchase the flooring from the supplier you prefer, and we handle removal, preparation, installation and finishing. Tell us which product you plan to use and we will include it in your estimate.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Estimates are free and with no obligation. Pricing is quoted per project after we see and measure the space.
How much does flooring installation cost?
It depends on the size of the area (in square feet), the type of floor, the condition of the subfloor, removal of old flooring and the installation pattern. Request a free estimate and we will give you an exact price for your project.
Can you remove my old floors?
Yes. We remove carpet and old flooring, including hardwood, laminate and vinyl, before installing your new floor.
Why is floor preparation important?
An uneven subfloor can cause gaps, squeaks and movement in the new floor. We prepare the base, use self-leveling compound where needed, sand and correct irregularities so the finished floor looks and performs its best.
Do you install flooring on stairs?
Yes. We cover complete staircases — treads, risers and stair nosing — to match the rest of your floors.
Do you work on commercial projects?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial projects, from small installations to larger jobs, including high-end floors and custom finishes.
